The disciplines that hold the grade

Technology that earns the tolerance band on the drawing.

Holding a tight tolerance is not about owning expensive machines — it is about disciplined process, calibrated metrology, traceable material and a workflow that catches drift early. Here is the technical fabric behind every part we ship.

Process technology

What sits behind every drawing we accept.

T.01

Drawing-driven workflow

Every job runs against a controlled drawing revision and a routing card. Operators see only the active revision; superseded versions are pulled from the floor.

  • Drawing-controlled production
  • Revision integrity
  • Operator-visible BOM
T.02

In-process metrology

Critical dimensions are checked at the machine, not just at final inspection. Drift is caught before it becomes a batch issue.

  • First-piece + patrol checks
  • Calibrated micrometers, gauges
  • Inspection log per batch
T.03

Material traceability

Material is heat-number traceable to the supplier MTC. Batch identity is retained from incoming through despatch.

  • MTC archived per heat
  • Heat-to-batch linkage
  • Despatch documentation
T.04

Calibration discipline

Every measuring instrument carries a current calibration sticker; calibration history is held against the instrument ID.

  • Annual calibration cycle
  • Out-of-cal lockout
  • Traceable to national standards
Materials we work in

Steels, stainless, aluminium — and partner-supplied specialty.

Our in-house material competence covers the everyday workhorse alloys for defence hardware. For specialty alloys we use a vetted partner network with full material test traceability.

MAT.01

Carbon & alloy steels

Mild and structural steels through low-alloy and tool steels. We work to declared MTC and surface finish specs across the range.

  • EN8, EN24, EN31
  • Structural — IS 2062 grades
  • Tool steels — D2, OHNS
MAT.02

Stainless steels

Austenitic and martensitic stainless covering general fabrication, marine and corrosion-critical hardware.

  • SS 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L
  • SS 410 / 420 (heat-treatable)
  • Marine-grade fabrication
MAT.03

Aluminium alloys

Wrought aluminium alloys for lightweight structural and aerospace-adjacent components.

  • Al 6061 / 6063 / 7075
  • Anodising-compatible builds
  • Structural extrusion machining
MAT.04

Specialty (partner)

Through qualified partners — Inconel, Monel, titanium and specialty alloys for programme-specific requirements.

  • Inconel 625 / 718
  • Monel 400
  • CP titanium (Grade 2)
What buyers usually ask

A short, honest read on what we are — and what we’re not.

  • We are a tier-2 / tier-3 supplier scaling deliberately, not a paper company chasing tenders
  • We do not over-claim. If a process is partner-supplied, we say so
  • We do not run undocumented work. Every part has a traceable history
  • We do not under-quote. If we cannot meet a price honestly, we say no
  • We are MSME-registered through the group and welcome buyer audits
Engineering principle
The drawing is the truth. Everything else is opinion.
